12,000 attendees, multi-screen layouts, full signal load. Q8 stands at the core.

A Mega Industry Conference Meets Professional-Grade Video Control

From June 19–21, 2024, Apartmentalize — the flagship annual conference of the National Apartment Association — gathered over 12,000 property managers, owners, investors and industry professionals in Philadelphia for three days of keynotes, education sessions, and trade show exhibits.

This year’s edition featured extensive multimedia content: keynote presentations, live panels, exhibitor showcases, and presentation deliveries — all projected on large LED walls and multiple screens across the convention center. The complexity and scale demanded a video system with professional performance, high-bandwidth routing capability, and rock-solid reliability.

PIXELHUE answered the call — deploying a Q8 + U5 Pro system to handle live switching, playback, and multi-output routing for the entire event.

Behind the Scenes: Processing a Content-Heavy, Multi-Output Event

The conference setup included a massive main LED display (with a 9408 × 2304 resolution) complemented by secondary screens (two side displays at 7488 × 1920, plus two IMGE screens at 3072 × 2304), covering large audience areas and stage backgrounds.

During the event, the system also supported:
• Dual AUX outputs driving 6 LCD monitors for booths and backstage operations,
• Redundant signal paths for live presentations, pre-recorded content, exhibitor demos, and broadcast feeds — routed through ROE LED walls, 12 × Brompton SX40 processors, plus downstream outputs from 4 × D3 4X4 matrix units (providing up to 16 separate outputs).

Despite the heavy load and numerous simultaneous signal paths, Q8 remained stable throughout the event, delivering crisp 4K switching, consistent frame accuracy, and seamless multi-screen sync — proving that PIXELHUE can handle even the most demanding trade show environments.

Why PIXELHUE — When Event Scale Demands Real Strength

Apartmentalize 2024 isn’t a concert. It isn’t a worship event. It’s an industrial-scale conference with over 12,000 attendees, hundreds of exhibitors, and a stream of continuous presentations and content. For such an event, there is no margin for error.

PIXELHUE stood out because:
• It offered high-capacity input/output architecture capable of driving multiple screens, content streams, and aux paths simultaneously.
• It provided stability under long hours and heavy load, ensuring presentations run on time without technical hiccups.
• Its interface and routing logic handled complexity without sacrificing usability, which helps when there are many operators or rapid content changes.

In short — when the show matters to thousands, PIXELHUE shows up with professionalism.
