Service Guarantee

During the warranty period, any issues incurred through normal use of product under normal conditions as described in product documentation, will be qualified for free repair or service, according to the conditions of this warranty. Please retain this warranty card as proof of purchase.

Warranty Period

Product (except Flight Case) warranty period is for 3 years from date of product receipt. Please contact your distributor for accurate warranty information.

Warranty Exceptions (Not covered under this warranty)

Any damage or malfunction caused by exceptional circumstances, including (but not limited to) fire, explosion, lightning, earthquake, or typhoon is no covered under this warranty.

Any damage or malfunction caused by improper use, including (but not limited to) unauthorized disassembly and repair, improper transportation, is not covered under this warranty.

Any damage or malfunction caused by any reason unrelated to quality of product is not covered under this warranty.
